Alessandra Sgubini
Ms. Sgubini is a certified conflict resolution specialist who earned her law, business, and master’s degrees from Italian and American Universities. Aside from her international educational background, she gained her professional experience from the fields of Italian and American legal and conflict resolution. Ms. Sgubini is the founder and CEO of Bridge Mediation LLC in San Diego, California and B.M. srl in Milan, Italy.Additionally, she is a Professor of Business Law at the University of California San Diego as well as visiting Professor of Conflict Dispute Resolution and Mediation in many International Universities. She is a certified Mediator as well as a certified Conflict Dispute Resolution and Mediation trainer in two different legal systems—American and Italian.

Ms. Sgubini published several articles about mediation and conflict resolution in English and Italian. She is currently a faculty at UCSD San Diego
